In collaboration with the Middle Income Housing Authority (MIHA) and Koelbel Co. a feasibility study was conducted for a multifamily development in Lone Tree Colorado. The target was approximately 200 units with 65% 1 Bed, 30% 2 Bed, and 5% 3 Bed and a parking ratio of 89% per bed. The development was to include an outdoor amenity space with a pool.
